Edmund Waddill, Jr. (b. May 22, 1855, Charles City County, Va.-d. Apr. 9, 1931, Richmond, Va.), son of Edmund Waddill and Mary Louisa Redwood Waddill, was a state court judge in Virginia from 1880 to 1883, and served as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia from 1883 to 1885. He was a member of the Virginia State House of Delegates from 1886 to 1889. He was a U.S. Representative from Virginia for the 3rd District in 1890 and 1891, then judge of U.S. District Court from 1908 to 1921....
